and throughout the year thousands of visitors come to town to enjoy events ranging from concerts at the South Okanagan Events Centre to the week-long Penticton Peach Festival, the Challenge Penticton triathlon and more.

Fest-Of-Ale
Massively popular, this celebration of craft beer takes place on a weekend in April every year.The event draws celebrated craft breweries from across BC, Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest.

Canadian Homebuilders Association South Okanagnan Home Show takes place annually in the Penticton Trade and Convention Centre. Over 160 displays, featuring home building and renovation products and more.

Okanagan Spring Wine Festival Local winemakers and vineyards celebrate the arrival of spring and the waking of the vines with a glass – or two – of wine. And they invite you to join them. Over 100 events to chose from.

 

 

 

 

Southern Interior RV Show The largest RV show in the BC Interior – over 9 acres of the newest in RVs and products.

 

 

 

 

 

May Long Weekend (Victoria Day) The traditional kick-off for Penticton’s summer season, it sees sports tournaments, reunions, weddings, wine touring, hikers and climbers at Skaha Bluffs and people enjoying the Kettle Valley Rail Trail.

 

 

 

 

Meadowlark Nature Festival Every May long weekend celebrate unique natural diversity of the Okanagan and Similkameen Valleys. Guided walks and tours, guest speakers, bird watching, horseback riding, art exhibits and much more!

 

 

 

 

Penticton Regional Bridge Tournament Western Canada’s flagship regional bridge tournament is a Peach City tradition every June. Hundreds of bridge players converge on the Trade and Convention Centre for a full week of competition and fun.

ITU Multisport World Championships It’s is a 10-day event (August 18 to 27, 2017) with 6 World Championship races. Each race will consist of various categories such as Elite, U23, Junior, ParaTriathlon, Age Group and Open Wave. National Triathlon Federations from up to 50 countries including Canada, the USA, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Japan, Spain and many more will be at the event.
